5-Star Review for Chicago Cars US I had an amazing experience at Chicago Cars US! Whether it was online, texting or from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire buying process. Albert, my sales/public relations person, was fantastic — super knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect cargo van for my son without any pressure. Arthur, the owner, was also involved and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear he truly cares about customer satisfaction and runs a top-notch dealership. And Margaret, the office manager, who went above and beyond to make sure the paperwork process was easy and stress-free, explaining everything in detail. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for a great vehicle and even better service, I highly recommend Chicago Cars US!

tom was super helpful with purchasing my new mazda, brian started off the process & gave me all the information i needed & tom finished off and even put on my steering wheel cover & license plate frame for me, theyre so helpful and kind, definitely recommend getting a car from here❤️
