Best car buying experience I have ever had. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the whole process was quick and with no pressure. Love the Audi plus it even looked better in person. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Chicago cars U.S was great they answered any questions I had. They made everything easy and smooth. Especially Marco, which was showing an Audi s4 I ended up buying. He was knew his stuff about Audis and was awesome through out the whole time making sure any questions I had where answered. Overall great dealership to work with, I highly recommend.

Albert was very patient, friendly, helpful. I felt like i was in a confortablement environment i felt no pressure into buying a car, took time to explain features of my car and let me discuss privately to my mom about the car which lessened any nerves i had.

In my 62 years I have bought and sold more automobiles and motorcycles than I care to remember. I've also witnessed the art of customer service slowly get replaced by somebody asking you for a tip because they rang up your deli sandwich. With this being said I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with Chicago Cars - as a company - and Albert as my salesperson. This was a long distance transaction to purchase what was probably one of their least expensive automobiles on their lot. From my first phone call to Albert who answered a thousand and one questions, to the quality of additional photographs that he immediately sent of key areas on the automobile that I was interested in seeing, let's just say I was extremely impressed. The impression he left on me was strong enough to cause me to drive 300 plus miles to see this vehicle. Upon being greeted by Albert the first thing he did was show me the vehicle and left me alone with it for as long as I needed to look it over. After taking it for a long test drive he allowed me to have their mechanics put it on a lift for me to inspect it and also ran codes at my request. Being knowledgeable about auto mechanics this was critical for me. Again remember I was looking at one of their least expensive cars. The negotiation of the final price was so easy, there was zero pressure - even when I drove home without purchasing it that day. I of course purchased it the next day and they arranged shipping for me at a phenomenal price. The vehicle arrived basically the next day delivered by a very professional transport company. A tracking number was soon given to me so I could track the title as it worked its way to me.I would strongly recommend to anybody who's looking for a used automobile to consider Chicago Cars as a dealership to do business with. I would also strongly recommend that you contact Albert as your sales rep. He was one of the kindest, most patient, most professional salespeople I have dealt with in a very long time. When the time comes for me to purchase another used vehicle even with them being 300 miles from my front door you can bet your bottom dollar that their website will be my first search.

As someone who previously worked in automotive sales. I’d like to start by saying very friendly and professional staff. Tom, sales, took great care of me. Very knowledgeable in his craft. I purchased a pre owned Lexus Is250 the condition of the car was spectacular for its age. Very clean in and out drove like a dream. I highlyrecommend Chicago Cars U.S.
