The experience at Chicago Cars U.S. Was outstanding! The showroom was beautiful and welcoming. Every detail was meticulously kept, creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Brian Popelka was incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW vehicles and answered all questions patiently. Brian made the car buying process easy with no pressure, and the purchase felt completely confident. I had a wonderful and an amazing experience with Purchasing my vehicle from Chicago cars US. Albert was my customer service representative/sales associate and he was superb at assisting with the purchase and knowledge of the vehicle. The process was easy and effortless and very stress-free … Additionally, the financial team and associate Chris was also very understanding of my situation and extremely helpful in getting me the deal that I want The owner was also involved in the process and made sure that I was very well taken care of as far as My trade-in and getting me the value of my trade-in. I appreciate everyone in their assistance. I look forward to revisiting when in need of an upgrade and I recommend this dealership. To anyone in search of a new vehicle

I purchased a Porsche mecan from here and I am very pleased to say that my experience was very great and comfortable. Any and all questions I had were answered and the costumer service was great. I would highly recommend others to consider this place if looking for a used car as they have a huge variety and I will definitely be back.

My son and I drove 5.5 hours to look at a car that Chicago Cars U.S. had on their lot. My son had been in communications with Tom, and had a wonderful experience, which gave us the confidence to make the journey. After running into traffic that pushed our arrival to 20 minutes prior to them closing, we thought that we may have made the drive for nothing; however, Tom agreed to stay open for us and was very understanding. The whole team was there to greet us when we arrived. After looking the car over and doing a test drive, my son made the decision to purchase the vehicle. The owner and Tom negotiated a wonderful deal for my son, and Aleksandra worked her magic with somehow even though it was well after 8pm. Our experience was amazing, and even though it is a 5.5 hour drive, I would not hesitate to make the trip again for the wonderful customer service and not to mention the incredible collection of vehicles that Chicago Cars U.S. has on site. Thank each of you for your hospitality and amazing customer service.

Thank you to Chicago Cars US for the easy process and wonderful experience of helping my daughter buy her first car! This is our second time purchasing a car from here and they do an amazing job. I would specifically like to thank the owners Artur and Margaret for making this possible, along with the salesman Albert and Aleksandra for taking the time to make sure my daughter found the perfect car and make her dream come true. They were all so helpful and made sure she found exactly what she was looking for. I would highly recommend checking out Chicago Cars US if you want to have the best experience along with staff that actually cares about its customers!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the whole process was quick and with no pressure. Love the Audi plus it even looked better in person. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Chicago cars U.S was great they answered any questions I had. They made everything easy and smooth. Especially Marco, which was showing an Audi s4 I ended up buying. He was knew his stuff about Audis and was awesome through out the whole time making sure any questions I had where answered. Overall great dealership to work with, I highly recommend.
